Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority here at Pure Native Edge.

If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, please return any unused items within 30 days for a full product refund.  

To initiate a return please email us at support@naturespureedge.com  

All returns must include a copy of the Returned Goods Authorization Number and an invoice in order to expedite the refund process.   

Returns after 30 days will be issued a store credit. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.

If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to email us immediately.  Any order disputes must be reported within 30 days to receive a refund or replacement.

Clearance items are final sale only and do not apply to this return policy.

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price minus shipping. 

Large orders and special orders require additional handling and inventory management.

Returns for these specific orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If a complimentary replacement product is issued for any reason it is not eligible for refund, reimbursement, or an additional replacement. All complimentary products are considered final.

Standard Orders:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any charges.

Cancellations made after the initial 24-hour window for standard orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Large Orders and Special Orders:

Large orders and special orders require additional handling and inventory management.

Cancellations for these specific orders, made after the initial 24-hour window, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
